It's all stock for now, expect rims. He just baught the car about a month ago and he's got big plans and big money so I'll give you updates and pics in the future. I posted the pictures because it's just such a sweet looking car, even in stock form.

I think just about anyone can afford to buy an nsx now... maintaining it is a different story. Did you all know that they need a valve adjustment every 15000 miles and if you don't know how to do it, just fork over about 500.00 to the dealership. Heater control panel is a weak point as well. Just hand'em 1000.00 and call it a day. The stereo amplifier for the radio also has problems .. not a problem.. only 2000.00 By all means it is a beautiful car until stuff starts going wrong then your buddy will want to sell it. I ain't haten either just saying the facts.. I looked into buying one myself. My friend works on them.. they are a bitch to work on too!

Thats a bad ass car!! Even though it's high maintenance. Just think how menacing it would be to pull to a redlight and have one of those sitting next to you!!

Damn Trust, you talking about the newer 3.2L models or the older ones. The newer ones haul major a$$, like C5 territory, but the older ones aren't too difficult, comes down to the driver. I handed some rich thirtysomething's butt on a platter in Santa Monica as he was trying to show off to his gf(she was damn hot though), but I think he had an automatic, cuz as far as I could tell, he never took either hand off the steering wheel when we raced. Oh well, a kill is a kill is a kill, and I took out one red NSX on a fine Spring day...

You guys are right, the tune-ups are extremely expensive. He's was telling me that a timing belt change is about $1000 labor. The worst part is performance parts. A test was done with several after market intakes and they all decreased horsepower on the dyno compared to the stock intake except for one filter replacement and it's $800. He showed me the intake on-line and it's that simple, just a bolt on filter, no tubing, just the filter!! The supercharger kit is just under $10K.

I did get a chance to race him and drive the car. He killed me off the line of course, but I'd beat him on the roll. It's one of those cars you buy for looks, not performance unless your pockets are extremely deep, it's a quick car but not fast.

He's found a body kit that's fine as hell but it's about $10K. I just cant believe how much parts cost for this car. Everything costs so much, tune-ups, body kits, performance parts, etc...

All in all, I'd definetely consider it a beautiful car but not realistic for me.

ya I was talking about the 3.2 liter...they hit low 13s stock...i get smoked time and time again by a turbo blue one around here tho hahaha...they say he hits 11 flat. I'd believe it
